Eleni Freskou

I am a dance teacher and dancer with a vision of using dance as a means to release, develop and enjoy. I have studied and gained inspiration from numerous great dance pedagogues, improvisators and choreographers, such as Vitoria Kotsalou, David Zambrano and Olga Spiraki. I have created various video - dance and dance - performance pieces and taught little and not so little dancers in Athens.

I have received a dance teacher diploma from “Aktina Professional dance school” after a 3-year long intensive program (2023) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the “National Kapodistrian University of Athens” (2024). Since then I keep on deepening and expanding my practice as well as my creativity in my own artistic works by doing daily research and experimentation and attending workshops all over Europe.

In 2025 I taught a “Dance, reflect and play” workshop in the "Spring yoga & dance festival" of Ostrava.
